CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF $2,500
IN DONATIONS FOR COMPUTER AND TELEPHONE
EQUIPMENT IN THE DUI AND TACT:[CAL COMMAND
CENTER TRAILER AND AMENDING THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT'S 2010/2011 OPERATING BUDGET.
WHEREAS, staff recommends the acceptance of a donation in the amount of $2,500 from
State Farm Insurance for computer and telephone equipment in the DUI and Tactical Command
Center trailer; and
WHEREAS, the donation will be used to augment the operating budget of the Police
Department for FY 2010/2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby accepts $2,500 in donations from State Farm Insurance and
amends the 2010/2011 Police Department Operating Budget to reflect this increase of funds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the lOt'' day of
November, 2010 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Richard A. Garbarino, and Karyl Matsumoto,
Vice Mayor Kevin Mullin and Mayor Mark .Acidiego
NOES: None

ABSENT: None
