CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET RECOMMENDATION
FOR THE NAPOLITANA PIZZA IN THE DOWNTOWN
COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Downtown Citizens Review Committee
recommended funding a business in the Downtown area; and
has
WHEREAS, Napolitana Pizza located at 202 Grand Avenue is in
need of a new awning and graphic signage; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has recommended a $2,500 grant to
install a new awning and graphic signage for this business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of South San Francisco as follows:
1. A grant of $2,500 is awarded to Napolitana Pizza from
Community Development Block Grant Funds for a new awning and
graphic signage of the building.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate and
execute any and all documents necessary to assure that the above-
listed grant is awarded and the project is carried out.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 13th day of
October , 1993 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Robert Yee,
and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSTAIN:
Councilmember John R. Penna
ABSENT: None
