CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
MONTGOMERY WATSON FOR A FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
FOR THE NORTH BAYSIDE SEWER UNIT (NBSU)
DISINFECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an agreement with Montgomery Watson Engineers and the City of South
San Francisco for a feasibility analysis for the NBSU Disinfection
Improvement Project. The fee charged for these services will be
$48,200 on a cost sharing basis as follows:
Sou'th San Francisco/San Bruno
Millbrae
Burlingame
Airport
Total

$48,200
Funding has been provided for in the Sewer Capital Improvement
Program. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 13th day of
October , 1993 by the following vote.
