CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE WEST ORANGE LIBRARY SYSTEMS
FURNISHINGS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for re-bids as provided in
Resolution No. 109-93 adopted August 25, 1993, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on
Thursday, the 30th day of September, 1993, for the West Orange
Library Systems Furnishings; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, as follows:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, OP Contract, Inc. in the amount of Forty Four
Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and Twenty Three Cents
($44,625.23).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re~u]ar meeting held on the 27th day of
October , 1993 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Dra.qo, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
