CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 94-2 TO THE 1993-1994
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the city is in need of updating the operating plan
with funds in the amount of $174,888.00 as indicated in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to appropriate $174,888 from the undesignated fund balance of the
respective funds to those operations indicated in Exhibit "A" to
cover these unbudgeted expenses, and approves related transfers.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 9th day
of February
, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
