CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT CIP 94-1 TO THE
1993-1994 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that bond funding for the
Willow Gardens Common Green Improvements provided additional
revenues and required an equivalent of $15,968 in additional cost;
and
WHEiREAS, an appropriation of $585,000 is required to complete
the purchase of the Mazzanti property, the funds for which are
available in the Orange Park Reserve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to appropriate an additional $15,968 from bond proceeds to complete
with the Willow Gardens Common Green Improvements Project and
$585,000 from the Orange Park reserve for the Orange Park
Renovation Project.
