CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR TENNIS COURT RECOLORING AT
STONEGATE, BURI BURI, ORANGE, SELLICK
AND WESTBOROUGH PARKS AND TENNIS
COURT RESURFACING AT BRENTWOOD PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7-94 funds have been
appropriated for the recoloring of Stonegate, Buri Buri, Orange,
Sellick and Westborough Parks and Tennis Court resurfacing at
Brentwood Park; and
Funds have been appropriated in the Capital Improvement Budget
in the amount of $38,800 to cover this project.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of SouthlSan Francisco, that:
1. ! The Council hereby awards the capital improvement
contractl for the Tennis Court Recoloring and Resurfacing to the
lowest responsible bidder, Saviano Company, Inc., Los Altos,
Californta in the amount of Thirty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars [$38,800.00), and authorizes the City Manager to sign the
agreement with Saviano Company, Inc., which is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk.
2. i The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
3. i The Council authorizes Capital Improvement funds to
completeithe project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 9th day of
