A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A 10'
WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, ALIGNED NORTH
TO SOUTH ACROSS THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 429
CABOT ROAD IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE £T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisc~ as follows:
1. ! This City Council, pursuant to Part 3 of Division 9 of
the Streets & Highways Code §§8300 et seq., does hereby declare its
intention to vacate and abandon a 10' wide public utility easement
located across the property at 429 Cabot Road, South San
Francisco, as described in Exhibit "A" and as shown on Exhibit "B".
2. i Notice is hereby given that Wednesday, the 27th day of
April, 1994 at 7:30 p.m., which time is not less than fifteen (15)
days from the date of passage of this Resolution, in the Community
Room of the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South
San Francisco, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place
when and where all persons interested in, or having objections to,
the proposed vacation of the public utility easement as hereinafter
described, may appear before the City Council and be heard.
3. i A copy of this Resolution shall be published for at least
two (2)1 successive weeks prior to the hearing date in the
EnterpriSe-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City in the manner prescribed by law for
publishing ordinances.
4. i Notices of the vacation, stating the passage of the
ResolutiDn of Intention and the time and place of hearing shall be
posted ~onspicuously at or about the subject portion of the
propertyi proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the
date se~ for the hearing, not more than 300 feet apart, and not
less thain three (3) notices shall be posted.

portion of Pa-cel 1 as shown on that certain map entitled "PARCEL MAP 90-273 LYING
WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 15-25 INCLU-
SIVE BLOCK 2 AS SHOWN ON MAP ENTITLED "CABOT CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO.
1-B SOUTH SANi FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" FILED IN VOLUME 64 OF MAPS
