CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT CIP 94-4
TO THE 1993-1994 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, specific work has already been completed including
remodeling the existing restroom, installing a new tot play area,
basketball court, metal and wood rail perimeter fence and
landscaping; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient In-Lieu fees available in the
Brentwood/Avalon Zone to cover the expense of providing security
lighting along the Brentwood Park pathway and tennis courts.
NOWi, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South, Sanl Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to appropriate $55,000 from the Brentwood/Avalon Zone In-Lieu fees
to complete the Brentwood Park Renovation Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South
San Francisco at a regular
