HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2-1993 RESOLUTION NO. 2-93 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUATION OF DESIGN SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION PHASE FOR THE OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that: The CLty Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement in an amount not to exceed $1.1 million dollars on a time and material basis between the city of South San Francisco and CH2M Hill to continue design services during the construction phase of the Oyster Point Interchange, as set forth in the Agreement, on file in the Office of the City Clerk. Funding is provided by the Capital Improvement Program and project budget which allocates $3,100,0D0 for "all construction engineering services". I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Re§u]ar meeting held on the 13th day of January , 1993 by the following vote.
