CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT
WITH AN EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRM RELATED
TO THE SELECTION OF A NEW CITY
MANAGER, AND APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
93-6 TO THE OPERATING BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The Mayor is authorized and directed to negotiate and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement
in an a~.ount not to exceed $11,500.00 for professional services
plus $5,000.00 for expenses with David M. Griffith and Associates
for the Executive recruitment of the City Manager.
2. The amount of $16,500.00 is appropriated from the
undesignated general fund balance to the City Manager's operating
budget to be utilized for professional services and expenses with
David M. Griffith and Associates.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a Requ]ar meeting held on the 13th day of
January , 1993 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
NOES:
Robert Yee, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
Councilmember Jack Drago
