CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
93-8 TO THE 1992-1993 OPERATING BUDGET AND
APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 93-9 TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the sum of $84,177 has been bequeathed to the City of
South San Francisco from the estate of Ms. Betty Weber; and
WHEREAS, part of the bequest to the City would be for the
purchase of a second Senior Van and the remaining funds to be used
for a slSding glass enclosure and related enhancements for the open
room off the Atrium in the Municipal Services Building; and
WHEREAS, the donated funds have been deposited in the Senior
Donation Account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco hereby adopts this budget amendment and
appropriates an additional $84,177 as follows:
1. Transfer $57,061 from the Senior Donation Account to the
Capital Outlay Account for the purchase of a second Senior Van.
2. Transfer $27,116 from the Senior Donation Account to the
Capital 2mprovement Program Budget for a sliding glass enclosure in
the open area off the Atrium in the Municipal Services Building.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re~u]ar meeting held on the 24th day of
February , 1993 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teqlia
