CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT - FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF DALY CITY, PM-92-290
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map 92-290, being a merger
of the lands described in that certain grant deed to First
National Bank of Daly City, a California Corporation, as Document
No. 91158899 of Official Records lying in the City of South San
Francisco", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, dated February, 1993,
has been approved by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, The Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San
Francisco a Sanitary Sewer Easement, on or over that certain
strip of land designated and shown on the map as "10' S.S.E.
dedicated hereon", as offered by the First National Bank of Daly
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. Acceptance of Sanitary Sewer Easement. The dedication of
the Sanitary Sewer Easement as shown on Parcel Map PM-92-290 is
hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the
City's acceptance on the map.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or
cause recordation of the Parcel Map in the official records of
the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents. A reproducible mylar, or
equal, a copy of the recorded Parcel Map shall be filed in the
Office of the City Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted b~ the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a reg~ar meeting held on the 10th day of
March , 1993 by the following vote.
