CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND ONGOING MAINTENANCE OF THE
NEW OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD BRIDGE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The CSty Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement, for an
amount not to exceed $250,000.00 between the City of South San
Francisco and the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board covering
each agency's authority and responsibility for the construction
and ongoing maintenance of the new Oyster Point Boulevard bridge
over the railroad right-of-way. The Agreement is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk. Funding is provided by the Capital
Improvement Program not to exceed $250,000.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 14th day of
April , 1993 by ~he following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Robert Yee, and
Mayor Pro Tem Joseph A. Fernekes
