CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
93-10 TO THE 1992-1993 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET
WHEREAS, funding for the Baden Avenue Reconstruction project
was provided for in the Capital Improvement Program on July 8,
1992; and
WHEREAS, during the phases of construction many problems were
encountered which further delayed and added costs to the project.
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated funding of
$50,000 from a Federal Aid Urban Project and $100,000 from the
Measure A road funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco hereby adopts this budget amendment and
appropriates an additional $150,000 from these sources to complete
this project. The Director of Finance is authorized to make
necessary transfers to establish this funding.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 14th day of
April , 1993 by the following vote:
