CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE PARKING LOT LANDSCAPING PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 158-92 adopted December 9, 1992, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
29th day of March, 1993, for the Parking Lot Landscape Project No.
PR-92-5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract Parking Lots 1, 3,
4, $ and 9 located in downtown South San Francisco to the lowest
responsiDle bidder, New Horizon Landscaping in the amount of Fifty
Nine Tho'asand One Hundred Thirty One Dollars. ($59,131.00),
and authorizes the City Manager to sign the agreement with New
Horizon Landscaping which is on file in the Office of the City
Clerk.
2. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the ]4th day of
April , 1993 by the following vote:
