CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION FINAL MAP
AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PUBLIC ACCESS
EASEMENT - CAMINO COURT CONDOMINIUM
WHEREAS, the Camino Court Subdivision will subdivide the
property shown on the Final Map, attached as Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, all of the conditions of the Tentative Subdivision
Map have been fulfilled; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with a Parks and Recreation condition
of approval, subdivider dedicates to the City of South San
Francisco an unimproved "10' wide, public access easement along the
east side of Colma Creek to be used for the future Colma Creek
Linear Park; and
WHEREAS, no other utilities, improvements or easements will be
owned or maintained by the City within the subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. Map Approval. The Final Map, entitled "Camino Court
Condominium Subdivision Final Map", is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedication. The dedication of an
unimproved 10' public access easement as shown on Final Map,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance.
2. Recordation. The city Clerk is authorized to record or
cause recordation of the Final Map in the official records of the
County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents. A reproducible mylar, or
equal, a copy of the recorded Parcel Map shall be filed in the
office of the City Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of
April , 1993 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Robert Yee, and
Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT Councilman Joseph A. Fernekes
