CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE OPEN ROOM OF THE ATRIUM OF
THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 23-93 funds have been
appropriated for a sliding glass enclosure and related enhancements
for the open room of the Atrium of the Municipal Services Building;
and
WHEREAS, on April 14, 1993 bids were received for this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract for the
installation of sliding glass, "mall-type" doors, and two glass
rear doors to enclose the open room adjacent to the Municipal
Services Building Atrium to the lowest responsible bidder, O'Reilly
& Faina Glass Company, Inc. of South San Francisco in the amount of
Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy ($8,970.00) Dollars, and
authorizes the City Manager to sign the agreement with O'Reilly &
Faina Glass company, Inc. which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
2. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
May , 1993 by the following vote:
