CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY
INSURANCE THROUGH ABAG PLAN CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City Council recently approved a change that
would allow ABAG PLAN CORPORATION to expand coverage into other
types of insurance.
WHEREAS, this change will replicate the benefits that have
been derived through the self-insurance liability pool, with the
addition of excess insurance purchased through a commercial
property insurance firm.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City
Manager to execute all documents for the acquisition of property
insurance through ABAG PLAN Corporation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 22nd day
