CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION SURVEYING
FOR BADEN AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an Agreement on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco with Smith, Randlett,
Foulk and Stock, Inc. for the construction surveying of the Baden
Avenue Reconstruction Project. Funding for the project is provided
in the Capital Improvement Budget for a maximum fee not to exceed
$21,000.00, under the terms and conditions as set forth in the
Agreement, on file in the Office of the city Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
AugiJ~ , 1992 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Robert Yee,
and Mayor John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN £nuncilmember Roherta Cerri Teglia
