CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR A NORTH COUNTY DROP-OFF
CENTER
BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of
the City an Agreement entitled "Service Agreement Concerning Use of
an Alcohol Violation Temporary Authority in South San Francisco",
between the city of South San Francisco and County of San Mateo.
A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
August , 1992 by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
