CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RESTATED
OWNER PARTICIPATION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH HOMART DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The Mayor is authorized to execute an amended and
restated Owner Participation and Development Agreement on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco with the Homart
Development Corporation. A copy of the Agreement is on
file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The payments authorized by Section 5.1.4 shall be subject
to verification by and approval of the City Council.
I kereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of
August , 1992 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
NOES:
Teglia, Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
