CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR STATE RAILROAD BOND FUNDS
FOR THE OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco, that:
The city Manager is authorized to execute an Agreement on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco with the State
Transportation Improvement Program to obtain State Railroad Bond
Funds for the Oyster Point Interchange. Funding for the project is
provided in the Capital Improvement Budget for a maximum fee not to
exceed $6,905,000.00, under the terms and conditions as set forth
in the Agreement, on file in the office of the City Clerk.
I kereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
Au§ust , 1992 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
