~OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION
PHASE OF THE OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE
PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francis~o, that:
ThE City Manager is authorized to execute an Agreement on
behalf the City of South San Francisco with the State of
California Transportation Department for the construction phase of
the er Point Interchange Project. Funding for the project is
in the Capital Improvement Budget, terms and conditions of
which ar set forth in the Agreement, on file in the Office of the
City 'k.
I h~reby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduc~ and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisc~ at a requ]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
August , 1992 by the following vote.
