CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT FOR PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT
SERVICES CPMS)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of
the City an Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and
Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) in an amount not to exceed
$39,750 to evaluate the condition of the streets maintained by the
City and develop a Pavement Management Services. A copy of the
Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of
September , 1992 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
