CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR WEST PARK 1,2 & 3 PARKS
AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICTS
RENOVATION/REHABILITATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The CSty Manager is authorized to execute an Agreement on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco between Gates and
Associates of San Francisco, CA. and the city in an amount not to
exceed $184,850.00 to coordinate and develop master plan and
construction documents in order to rehabilitate the common greens
area for the West Park 1,2 & 3 project. Funding for this project
is provided in the Capital Improvement Program. A copy of this
Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of
