CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING HEATING,
VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITION (HVAC)
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 99-92 adopted August 12, 1992, and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 25th day of
August 1992, for the Municipal Services Building Heating,
Ventilation and Air Condition (HVAC) Replacement Project No. PB-92-
6; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Redwood General & Mechanical, Redwood City,
CA., in the amount of Thirty Three Thousand Dollars ($33,114).
2. The city Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the successful
bidder on file in the Office of the city Clerk.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 9th day of
SeDsember , 1992 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teqlia, Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
