· CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES
FOR THE ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
o, that:
City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City an Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and
Geo Consultants, Inc. to perform environmental services
for the )range Memorial Park Improvement Project at a total cost of
$42,000. Funding for this project is provided in the Capital
Improvem Program. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the
City Clel 's Office.
I h.~reby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduc~d and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of
5eptemb , 1992 by the following vote.
