CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT FOR THE BADEN AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City has applied for the State-Local Transportation
Partnership Program funding for the Baden Avenue Reconstruction
Project. The City Manager is authorized to execute an Agreement
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco between the State of
California and the City in an amount not to exceed $165,110.00
Funding for this project is provided for in the Capital
Improvement Program, as follows:
$270,000.00
$280,000.00
$165,000.00
$165.000.00
$880,000.00

State Grant
A copy of this Agreement is on file in the Office of the City
Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of
Seotember , 1992 by the following vote.
