CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
SERVICES FOR THE WEST ORANGE LIBRARY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The city Manager is authorized to execute an Agreement on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco between Mock/Wallace
and Associates and the City in an amount not to exceed $28,550.00
for desLgn services for the West Orange Library Renovation
Project. Funding for this project is provided for in the Capital
Improvenent Program. A copy of this Agreement is on file in the
Office of the city Clerk.
I heraby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Frar.cisco at a reQu]ar meeting held on the 23rd day of
September , 1992 by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri TeQlia,
Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
