OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
FRANCISCO APPROVING THE ISSUANCE BY THE
~VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
NOT TO EXCEED $13,200,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS
RELenTING TO THE GATEWAY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEI[EAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisc( (the "Agency") has authorized the issuance of its 1992
Tax Allo(~ation Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of not to
exceed $[3,200,000 (the "Bonds") for the purpose of providing
funds to repay a loan to the Agency; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the requirements of Section 33640
of the California Health and Safety Code, the City Council wishes
at this time to approve the issuance of the Bonds by the Agency;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
'City of San Francisco that the issuance of the Bonds by the
Agency be and is hereby approved.
