CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF
HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of California
Highway Patrol, requires written training agreements from any
agency participating in their training program; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of South San
Francisco desires from time to time to participate in certain
training programs sponsored and administered by the Department of
California Highway Patrol.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the Chief of Police or designee is
hereby authorized and directed to negotiate and sign such training
agreements.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
0ct0ber , 1992 by the following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
