CITY ~OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A SURVEY AREA IN THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PURSUANT TO HEALTH
& SAFETY CODE ~33310, ET SEO.
WHEREAS, City Staff has recommended to the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco the adoption of a survey area
for the purpose of studying the area for the feasibility of a
redev,elopment project or projects thereon; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to designate
the area attached hereto as Exhibit "A" as a survey area
pursuant to Health & Safety Code §33310, et seq.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco that the area set forth on Exhibit "A"
requires study to determine if a redevelopment project or
projects within the area are feasible. Exhibit "A" depicting
the boundaries of the survey area designated herein is hereby
incorporated and by this reference made a part hereof.
II hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City ~f South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on
the 14th day of 0ct0ber , 1992 by the following
