CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND
MODIFICATIONS WITH RESPECT TO GATEWAY
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. ST-82-2
RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of
South San Francisco (the "City"), County of San Mateo, State of
California that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of Intention to Make Changes
and ModSfications No. 103-92, adopted by this Council on August 12,
1992, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Council
to make changes and modifications in the proceedings under and
pursuan~ to Resolution of Intention No. 74-82, adopted by this
Council on July 7, 1982; and
WHEREAS, all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to
said changes and modifications were fully heard and considered by
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. Ail protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under
said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more
particukarly described and set forth in the Resolution of Intention
to Make Changes and Modifications No. 103-92, adopted by this
Council on August 12, 1992.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
0c~ber , 1992 by the following vote:
