CITY ~OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY
FOR THE WIDENING OF DUBUQUE AVENUE AS PART OF THE
OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE RIGHT-OF-WAY PROJECT
(BRESSIE)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire land in order to
accommo, late the widening of Dubuque Avenue as part of the Oyster
Point llterchange Right-of-Way Project; and
WHc]~REAS, property appraisal and acquisition negotiations have
been 9nducted for the City by the Santa Clara County
Transpo]~tation on Agency; and
WH~iREAS, the contract provides that the property owners will
grant a 10 foot strip of land across their property frontage to be
a public service easement, and will be paid a sum of $37,905; and
WHEREAS, property owners will also grant an additional five
foot st~ip of land for a temporary construction easement.

NO~ THEREFORe, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Sout~ San Francisco that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to appr~,e this property acquisition contract and sign any and all
document necessary to accomplish this project.
I h ~reby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduc~d and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisc~ at a regu] ar meeting held on the 28th day of
0ct.~ber , 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: C0uncilmembers Jack Drag0, Joseph A. Fernekes, and Robert Yee
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: C0unci]member R0berta Cerri Teg]ia, and Mayor John R. Penna
