CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COMPREHENSIVE
SERVICES CONTRACT FOR PREPARATION AND
ADOPTION OF THE EAST OF 101 AREA PLAN AND
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
WHEREAS, ten responses to the city's Request for Proposals for
lead consultant services for the East of 101 Area Plan and
Environnental Impact Report were received and reviewed; and
WHEREAS, after a formal interview of five consultants, staff
has determined that Brady and Associates is best suited to handle
the project; and
WHEREAS, retaining Brady and Associates is the most cost
effective way to handle the project's consulting services; and
WHEREAS, Brady and Associates are willing to perform the
requested services for a sum of Four Hundred and Sixty-seven
Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-five Dollars ($467,475).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco as follows:
The contract for a sum of not to exceed $467,475 is
hereby awarded to Brady and Associates for preparation
and adoption of the East of 101 Area Plan and
Environmental Impact Report.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate and
execute the above referenced contract.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City South San
Francisco at a reQu]ar meeting held on the 28th day of
