CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
THE OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE FREEWAY
AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an Agreement on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco with the State of
California for the Oyster Point Interchange and related local
street work, under the terms and conditions as set forth in this
Agreement on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
This Agreement will replace the one currently in effect, which
was adopted in 1983. Funding for the Interchange project is
included in the Capital Improvement Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a special meeting held on the 18th day of
November , 1992 by the following vote.
