BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Manager of the City of South San Fra :isco is hereby authorized and empowered to execute in the name of t.he City of South San Francisco all necessary applications, contract~ securing specifie¢ I, and agreements and amendments hereto for the purpose of grant funds and to implement and carry out the purposes in this application.
