CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 93-4 TO THE 1992-93
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
has authorized the submittal of a joint application for a municipal
storm water NPDES permit under the auspices of the San Mateo
Technical Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City's share of the application costs is
$20,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to appropriate Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the
undesignated general fund balance to the Engineering Division's
Operating Budget for the municipal storm water NPDES permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a special
meeting held on the 18th
