CITY CDUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1992 AMENDMENT
TO THE AMENDED RESTATED OWNER PARTICIPATION
AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH HOMART
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND APPROVING THE
REPAYMENT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The 1992 Amendment to the Amended Restated Owner
Participation and Development Agreement with Homart Development
Corporation is hereby approved. A copy of the Agreement is on
file in the Office of the City Clerk.
2. The Repayment Agreement is hereby approved between
the City of South San Francisco and Homart Development
Corporation. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the Office
of the City Clerk.
3. The City Manager is authorized to execute the
Agreements referred to in 1. and 2. above.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on
the 18th day of November , 1992 by the following
vote:

Councilmembers Jack Dra.qo, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teqlia, and Mayor John R. Penna
NOES:
Councilmember Robert Yee
