CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR ORANGE
MEMORIAL PARK POOL-HVAC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 118-92 adopted September 9, 1992, and published
notice, Dids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 4th
day of Fovember, 1992, for Orange Memorial Park Pool-HVAC System
Replacement Project No. PB-92-5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, A.M.E. Air Conditioning in the amount of
Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Nine ($16,859.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the successful
bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of
November , 1992 by the followingvote:
