CITY CCUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING GENERATOR-
RADIATOR RELOCATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 154-92 adopted November 18, 1992, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 2nd
day of December 1992, for the Municipal Services Building
Generator-Radiator Relocation, Project No. PB-90-4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, A.M.E. Air Conditioning of Redwood city in the
amount of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Fifteen ($20,515.00)
Dollars.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the successful
bidder or. file in the Office of the City Clerk.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 9th day of
December , 1992 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee, and Chairman Roberta Cerri Teglia
