CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF UTILITY AGREEMENTS FOR THE OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE PROJECT WHEREAS, in order to accommodate the Oyster Point Interchange construction, some existing utilities need to be relocated; and WHEREAS, the design team has been coordinating with Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Pacific Bell, and California Water Service Company who have prepared their relocation plans and cost estimates; and WHEREAS, the three agreements provide that the City's total cost share will be approximately $166,000, which is included in the Capital Improvement Budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute agreements on behalf of the City with P.G.& E., Pacific Bell, and California Water Service Company for relocation of the public utilities under the terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreements on file in the Office of the City Clerk. I hsreby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted ~y the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of December , 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna, Robert Yee, and Chairman Roberta Cerri TeQlia NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None ATTEST:
