CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
HARRIS & ASSOCIATES AND THE CITY FOR THE
CITY CORPORATION YARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco an Agreement for engineering services between
Harris & Associates and the City for design of the City Corporation Yard, for
a fee not in excess of $240,000.00, upon terms and conditions as set forth in
the Agreement, on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 24th day of July , 1991 by the
following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Roberta Cerri Teglia, and
Mavor Jack Draqo
NOES:
Councilmember Gus Nicolopulos
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember John R. Penna
