CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
EMERGENCY GENERATOR PUMP STATION NO. 5
~EREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 65-91 adopted June 26, 1991, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
23rd day of July 1991, for the Project No. WTP-90-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Legaspi Allied Engineering Corporation of
Milpitas in the amount of Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($33,500.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the
successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
