CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CH2M HILL AND THE
CITY FOR THE WATER QUALITY CONTROL
PLANT ELECTRICAL FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The CLty Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an agreement for the
Water Quality Control Plant between CH2M Hill and the City to
provide construction management services for the electrical
facilities rehabilitation, for a fee in the amount of $44,800.00,
upon terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreement, on file
in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
August , 1991 by the following vote.
AYES: .Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
