CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR
THE OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE DESIGN
IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The city Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco a Cooperative Agreement
between the State of California and the City for design
improvements for the Oyster Point Interchange as set forth in the
Agreement, on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
August , 1991 by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
