CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 92-3 TO THE 1991-1992
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City must allocate funds to provide for our share of
funding for City/County Association of Governments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to authorize a transfer of Gas Tax funds to the general fund in the
amount of $64,680 and appropriate from the undesignated general
fund balance to the non-departmental budget the amount of $68,490
to fund ~his unbudgeted expense.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a regu] ar meeting held on the 14th day of
August
, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Draqo
