CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR tHE WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT
ELECTRICAL FACILITIES
~EREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 82-91 adopted July 10, 1991, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
1st day of August 1991, for the Project No. WTP-91-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Kingston Construction in the amount of One
Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventeen Dollars
($124,817.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the
successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on
the 14th day of Au§ust , 1991 by the following
