CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO AND THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR AIRCRAFT
NOISE MITIGATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco the attached agreement
with the city and County of San Francisco, acting by and through
the San Francisco Airports Commission, for Aircraft Noise
Mitigation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
August , 1991 by the following vote.

Mayor Jack Draqo
